Bio
I began my career at Davidson in 2008 as a volunteer football and baseball coach. I graduated with Cum Laude honors in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of South Alabama in English/ Language Arts and Secondary Education. I began teaching at Davidson in the Spring of 2013 after spending my first semester of teaching at Murphy High School. I currently teach honors and standard English 11, and I coach our golf teams.
I am married to the love of my life, Jessica Faris, who also happens to be an English teacher here at Davidson. We have a rather literary home and love spending time with our three kids: Maci, Owen, and William.
