The Career and Technical Education Department is inviting representatives from businesses and industries throughout the region to sign up to help our seniors practice their interview skills.
“Mock interviews give MCPSS students a chance to practice telling their story, build confidence, and hear directly from the people who hire in our community,” said Claire Minto, MCPSS Signature Academies Supervisor and Work-Based Learning Coordinator.
The MCPSS Career Coaches, in partnership with the Mobile Chamber's Workforce Development team, organizes the Mock Interview sessions each fall as part of its overall mission to prepare our graduates to meet the needs of an ever-changing, globally competitive workforce.
More mock interviews are upcoming at other schools and volunteers are needed. The sessions will continue through November. Here is the link to sign up.
