School Registration and Summer Hours

The guidance office is open throughout the summer from 8:00 A.M. until 2:30 P.M, Monday through Thursday.

Please read the following information carefully.

If you attended a Mobile County Public School System middle school the previous year and are promoted to the 9th grade, you must bring the following items to registration: (1) report card from grade eight or a letter from your middle school indicating promotion on the school's letterhead, and (2) two proofs of residence.

If you attended a Mobile County Public School System high school the previious year are are promoting to the 10th, 11th, or 12th grade, you must bring the following items to registration: (1) unofficial copy of transcript from previous school, and (2) two proofs of residence.

If you attended a school out of Mobile County Public School System the previous year (examples: private school, a school from another county in Alabama or another school out of state), you must bring the following items to registration: (1) original Alabama immunization certificate, (2) original birth certificate, (3) social security card, (4) two proofs of residence, (5) report card indicating promotion to the ninth grade, and (6) unofficial copy of your transcript from previous school if promoted to 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.

All students must bring one or more of the following items if necessary: (1) withdrawal papers, (2) transfer paper (from Central Office if you do not live in Davidson's district), (3) guardianship paper (legal papers or school guardianship from the Central Office, and (4) custody papers.
